TRB 910   3' X 3' Round Baler

The TRB 910 is the perfect choice for those small acreage farmers that raise their own live stock and have little help when it comes to handling hay or feeding time.

Pine Straw producers are starting to use these machines to produce bulk bales so they can re-bale the bulk bales year round with an IHI square baler.  This method continuously supplies their customers year round.

The baler is the perfect size to get through the woods and is very maneuverable. Bale weight can range from 250 to 500 lbs depending on density and moisture content.  Bales can be easily moved manually. Bales keep their density, the tying system is quick and it allows you to double tie if you prefer.  Uses the same twine as all other balers sold in the USA.

The hitch swivels in front of the baler so you can bale in areas where maneuverability is limited.

The horse power required is 18 to 45 and the baler has a self contained hydraulic system therefore your tractor does not require remote outlets.  All you need is 12 volts.

Grass hay bales produced by this baler, usually sell for $18.00 to $22.00 each therefore your selling price per ton and profit is higher when compared to larger round bales.

2' X 2' Mini Round Balers

The MRB 850 and 855 are great for any forage application along with baling pine straw (pine needles) or leaves for mulch or compost.

The MRB 855 has an electronic control system for wrapping and discharging the bale. You can select manual or auto wrap. Auto Wrap occurs 2 seconds after horn sounds. Wrapping is very fast, when the bale is wrapped, push a button on the control module to discharge the bale.

The 850 has an auto twine binding system.  To discharge the bale, just simply pull on a rope, the baler quickly opens, discharging the bale.

The MRB 855 and 850 produce bales from 25 lbs to 60+ lbs depending on the density setting and moisture content of the material being baled.

Pine straw producers have baled over 40,000 bales a year with either one of the machines with out a failure.  So if you wondering about how long these machines will last...a very long time.

Arts and craft enthusiast also enjoy making pumpkins and turkeys with the small round bales see the photos on crafts bale page.

Both balers mount to the three point hitch on a tractor, this makes storage and baling in small places very easy.

Both require 18 to 35 HP and like the 910, they do not require live hydraulics from your tractor.  All you need is 12 volts.

Women and children like the lighter bales so you can finally get some help when it comes to feeding time.
