The SFI 2X2 round twine baler is a non-China-built baler priced to compete against the China-built balers sold in North America. This baler features a fixed chamber with quiet bale-forming rollers, a self-contained hydraulic system, and a electric or manual can be used to open the baler after the bale has been wrapped. It is just a simple and reliable baler for the small acreage farmer on a tight budget.
This baler works best with our specific sisal twine and can bale up to 100 bales per hour in good condition. Bale weight is 30-60 pounds depending on density settings and moisture content.
Baler is simple to operate. All you do is watch the bale indicator rod to warn you the baler is nearly full. Wait for the twine arm to drop then stop moving forward. Once the twine cuts, the bale is wrapped, then pull on the rope or push a button to open the baler to discharge the bale. The pickup system geometry was changed specificaly for our SFI 2X2 to out perform other China and India built machines. This is an SFI Exclusive.
