This 100% Japanese-made baler is a high-production machine for the larger producer. It requires 25PTO Horsepower and uses a 36-inch net wrap. The baler has a rotor right behind the pickup that lowers potential clogging. It has its own hydraulic pump, so you will not need remotes, and the wrapping system is automatic for a consistent bale weight.
It is a fixed chambered baler that uses long forming chains to make the bale. This helps the baler produce consistently shaped bales and will not slip like comparable roller-type balers.
The Baler has a simple net-wrapping system. Just wait for the horn, then stop moving forward. Turn around and watch the roll net-wrap. When the roll stops turning, the bale is complete and ready to be discharged.
