The freight carrier will contact you 24-48 hours before delivery to schedule a convenient delivery window.

**📦 Delivery Timeframe**
Most orders ship within 5-10 business days. Transit time varies by location, typically 3-14 days depending on distance from our facility.

Ensure adequate space for delivery truck access. Forklift or loading equipment may be needed for larger items.

**IMPORTANT:** Large equipment such as tractors and balers require special freight handling. Please ensure you have appropriate equipment (forklift, tractor with forks, etc.) to unload items from the delivery truck. If you need assistance, ask about our white glove delivery service.

While we primarily serve the continental United States, we can arrange shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and select international locations. Additional fees and extended delivery times apply. Please contact our team for a custom shipping quote.

## What to Expect Upon Delivery

**Inspect Immediately:** Carefully inspect all equipment while the driver is present. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

**Documentation:** Keep all shipping documents, including the bill of lading and delivery receipt, for your records.

**Damage Claims:** If you discover damage, photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve any issues.
