Small Farm Innovations – Product Warranty

Thank you for choosing Small Farm Innovations for your farming needs. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction.

Warranty Coverage

Small Farm Innovations provides the following warranty coverage for products purchased directly from our website (https://smallfarminnovations.com/) or through our authorized dealers:

  • Standard Equipment Warranty: One (1) year from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship
  • Premium Line Equipment: Two (2) years from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship
  • Electronic Components: Six (6) months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects
  • Wearable Parts: Thirty (30) days from the date of purchase (includes belts, blades, tines, and other consumable parts)

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. If a product proves defective during the applicable warranty period, Small Farm Innovations will:

  1. Repair the product using new or refurbished parts
  2. Replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished model
  3. Refund the purchase price (at our discretion, for products returned within 30 days of purchase)

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, accident, or neglect
  • Damage from improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or alterations
  • Normal wear and tear of consumable parts
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Products with removed or altered serial numbers
  • Damage caused by weather, water, fire, or other acts of nature
  • Damage occurring during transportation
  • Products purchased from unauthorized dealers

How to Obtain Warranty Service

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at warranty@smallfarminnovations.com or call (555) 123-4567
  2. Provide Documentation: Be prepared to provide your proof of purchase, product serial number, and a description of the issue
  3. Return Authorization: If necessary, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  4. Ship the Product: Package the product securely with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package

Additional Terms

  • Shipping costs for warranty returns are the responsibility of the customer
  • Shipping costs for warranty replacements or repaired items will be covered by Small Farm Innovations
  • Replacement parts or products assume the remaining warranty of the original product or 90 days, whichever is longer
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
  • Any replacement product may be new or refurbished, provided that it has functionality at least equal to that of the product being replaced

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or province to province.

Warranty Effective Date
